Yes. If you're in or near the Waldorf / Bryans Road, Maryland area, we offer in-person setup sessions. It's the exact same experience — build, walkthrough, security configuration — just at a table instead of a screen. Most clients do Zoom, but the option is always there.

The live session itself is 60 minutes per session (1 session for Core Setup, 2 for Executive Build). Behind the scenes, we do architecture and preparation work before your session so we maximize every minute of face time. Most clients are fully operational within a few days of their session. Executive Build clients have an additional 7-day optimization window post-launch.

The package price is a one-time investment — $499 for Standard or $899 for Premium. This covers your full build, live session(s), and entry into our ongoing membership ecosystem (weekly Zoom calls, support channel, agent updates, and maintenance). There are no hidden monthly fees for the base service.

Yes. If you start with Standard and later want the deeper security hardening, additional session, and advanced features of Premium, we can work out an upgrade path. Just reach out through your support channel and we'll take care of it.

The underlying AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) have their own usage costs for API calls, which are separate from ClawForge's setup fee.
